Most agencies hide prices because they want to size you up first and quote accordingly. I'd rather you size me up. The figures above are what most clients pay, with modular add-ons for genuinely different needs. If your business is unusual I'll tell you on the call, with the figure attached.
I'm not the cheapest option in town and I don't try to be. Cheap usually means a template you've seen ten times this year, no real SEO work, and a build that decays the moment you look away. I charge fairly for properly built work — and the modular pricing makes sure you only pay for what you need.
Pricing FAQ
How much does a website cost for a small business?
Most small-business builds come in at £2,950–£4,000 depending on add-ons. Booking integration, multi-location SEO, e-commerce, or extra pages adjust the figure cleanly. You'll know what you're paying before you sign anything.
Why is this less than some other agencies?
Because I use modern AI-assisted workflows that genuinely reduce delivery time without cutting corners. A site that takes a traditional agency 6 weeks takes me a week or two. The efficiency passes through to you in price and speed — not in quality.
Why is this more than a Wix or Fiverr build?
Because those are templates with your logo on. I design bespoke. I engineer for sub-second load times. I do proper SEO, GBP setup, schema markup and AI search optimisation from day one. The work is genuinely different — and so are the results it produces.
Can I start with just the audit?
Yes. Many clients start with the free AI visibility check, then move to the £500 audit, then to the retainer. You can enter at any point — the audit fee is credited if you sign the retainer within 14 days, so the diagnostic effectively costs nothing if you proceed.
Is there a minimum contract for the retainer?
No. One month's notice to cancel. That said, local SEO and AI search results compound over time — clients who stay 6+ months see significantly stronger results.
How is payment structured?
For one-off builds, the standard is 50% to start and 50% on launch. Happy to split larger projects across more stages if it helps cash flow — just ask on the call. Retainers are billed monthly in advance, cancel anytime with one month's notice.
Do you work with businesses outside Berkhamsted?
Yes, across Hertfordshire — Hemel Hempstead, Tring, St Albans, the wider county. The local-knowledge work is most impactful within a clear geographic focus, which we can discuss on the call.
